At j'iors wardrobe, every order is prepared with care. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, and product details.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless one of the following applies:
- We sent the wrong item.
- We sent the wrong size or color.
- Your item arrives damaged.
- There was a verified fulfillment error caused by our team.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
- Buyer's remorse
- Delayed carrier movement after the package has been shipped
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed carrier acceptance or delivery
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, scented, or used
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your message must include:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Email used at checkout
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
After review, if the issue is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement item, if available
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
Approved resolutions are determined based on the issue, item availability, and order details.
Return Eligibility for Approved Cases
If a return is approved by our team, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free of stains, scents, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or damage
- In original packaging when possible
- Returned with any tags or included accessories, if applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the carrier's possession.
j'iors wardrobe is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages after carrier acceptance or confirmed delivery.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, mailroom, or leasing office.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- File a carrier claim if needed.
We will do our best to provide order and tracking information, but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed or processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are final sale unless we are unable to fulfill the item or there is a verified issue caused by our team.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates only and may change due to production, inventory, or carrier timing.
If a pre-order experiences a major delay, we will provide an update and any options required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a verified error caused by j'iors wardrobe.
Final Decision
j'iors wardrobe reserves the right to review each issue individually and make the final decision on refunds, returns, replacements, or store credit based on the order details and submitted evidence.
